🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: One unassigned parking space is available in the community lot. A parking pass is provided and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the condo.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Hidden Valley HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. The seasonal pool is typically open May through September from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs and the saunas are generally open year-round from 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Community BBQ grills and the fish-cleaning station are available during the summer season.

• Laundry: Two community laundry facilities are available within the Upper and Lower Amenity Areas.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes TOT-05960-0133.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
