The new hot tub was so nice after a day on the hill. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals, the bed was very comfortable, and I really liked not driving at all taking the shuttle to the lifts.

Great condo for skiing

This is a cute condo for 2-3 people (1-bedroom). It has all the basic amenities, is clean and renovated. It is located in a cute complex next to the shuttle stop and short drive to amenities. We had a good stay.

Very Clean

We went up for a quick Mammoth fishing trip and needed a small place just to sleep. This condo was perfect. the bed in the room was large and comfortable and the pull-out couch was as well. They had a nice large TV (but not many channels but I set up my Firestick and things were great). Most rentals have a small showerhead in the shower but this one was nice and large, great for a nice hot shower.

Storm of the month stay

This property was the perfect location for our family of 3. Close to Vons and lots of great restaurants, and a short drive to the mountain. The property was easy to access (excellent directions), very clean upon entry, and easy to navigate directions on how to use the amenities. The complex constantly plowed the walkways, which was wonderful since it snowed 5 feet during our stay! We would definitely come back here again.

A very nice and roomy condo

This is a very nicely decorated condo with space to Have a vacation especially during the ski season. The only thing that could be improved is having storage for your clothes. There is 2 small bedside tables with small drawers to put your clothes in and the closet is okay but has stuff in it. We made it work though. The condo itself is really nice. We loved it 👍👍

Clean and Well-Kept

My family found this property to be clean and well-maintained. The digital lock on the door made check-in very simple. The condo is just as nice as the photos look online. Before check-in, I received a text with a number to call for help, but we never needed to use it. Great jumping off spot for visiting Yosemite in the summer. Restaurants were a short drive away, and some were even walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, confusing location

Very nice property. Good location. Furnishings like new. Only negative is finding the unit. There are two entrances with two sets of units with the same numbers. We went to the first entrance and waited over an hour for the mangager to open the unit only to fine he was waiting at the other unit 8 found at the second entrance. You should make this know to new tenants so they will not have the same issue.

Overall, Great Condo

The condo is very nice and we greatly enjoyed our stay: relatively updated furniture and appliances, open layout, large, comfortable, and very clean. Location is only about 5 minutes by car to Mammoth Mtn, so very convenient for skiing / snowboarding which was the purpose of our trip. Very close to stores and restaurants such as Vons, etc. is also ideal. However, there was two negatives with the condo. Firstly, we could not get the wood pellet stove to work even after trying for about 30 minutes and exactly following the directions. It would not light, so we suspect it is broken. (Auto ignition did not work so we even tried to light the wood pellets with a match and lighter fluid that is provided, but this did not work either.) This was disappointing for us since we were looking forward to using the stove while watching a movie. The second negative was there were not enough pillows. The pillows provided are very small and I have a bad back so need extra pillows. It was just my son and I staying at the condo, so there should have been sufficient pillows provided. We looked everywhere in the condo, but could not find any extra pillows. I called the vacation management company, Vacasa, but they were no help. They are very professional and polite, but have almost no info. The customer service rep told me I could buy items that are needed at a local store if we could not find them in the condo. Hopefully, the owners either fix the wood pellet stove or explain better in the directions how to ignite the pellets and provide extra pillows. If they do this, I would give the condo an A+ rating.

Fantastic vacation rental!

The vacation unit was clean, well appointed and had plenty of room for our family of 3 to spread out in, we loved it. There was also a nice view of the mountain and the complex was quiet and peaceful. The size and style of the unit was also a great value for the price. You can get out of the village fray a bit, have much more space and still be a quick 10 minute drive to the slopes.

Delightful property

Both my wife and I enjoyed this property very much! The bed is very comfortable. Even though this is a one-bedroom one-bath, it feels very spacious. The living area was well-equipped with a very comfortable couch and loveseat. The kitchen had a Keurig (a must-have for us!). Close to town, so we could walk or drive to our favorite restaurants (The Stove, Mammoth Tavern, The Warming Hut). The property is just yards away from the town loop trail, so you can take a walk or jog easily. Very quiet as well.

Perfect little place!

We stayed here with our two children and found it quite adequate, for the price. The place was well-appointed with every creature comfort we needed. Location was great- a short walk to a creek. Only thing I would change is a few more towels, since we enjoyed going over to the hot tub. Check-in and communication from management was superb- the company clearly has their act together!

Disappointed, Wanted to love this place, Misrepresented in Description

This condo had such potential for our family of 3. It was clean and a good size. It could use some updating like removing Xmas decor, popcorn ceilings, and overall kitchen. We were able to cook without missing too many tools. The BIGGEST disappointment was having no Internet/TV Cable connection for our 4 night stay. I am a consultant and lost income while waiting for "someone" to address the issue. Prop manager onsite said he couldn't come in because it was managed by Turnkey. After Turnkey said they would have someone call next morning (no call), then I called again, and again, my third time I finally reached a local Turnkey rep. He wasn't helpful, said I could go to library or coffee shop, said there are intermittent Internet issues in Mammoth. NOTE: We stay about 10-12 days each year for the last 5 years and never had any Internet COnnection issue in any other condo. My main beef was that the the condo description on VRBO should clearly state YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WATCH LIVING ROOM TV OR CONNECT YOUR COMPUTER/PHONE TO WIFI. The check-in paperwork mentioned intermittent issues, but by that time we renters are locked in to rent. Anyway it wsan't intermittent, it flatly did not work! Turnkey rep said owner would credit $80 but no more...well I lost hundreds $ by not being able to work that day while waiting for resolution. I have not received the credit, radio silence when I said please confirm I will receive the $80 credit. I will update this review should I receive the owner credit. I asked for 20% back since it's misleading and key to relaxing in a condo with TV and Internet.

Fabulous mountain condo!

Our family of three had a really great experience in this condo. It was clean, it was warm, it had every comfort of home and the location can not be beat. It is convenient to the ski slopes and equally convenient to the main area of town for groceries and restaurants. We will be staying here again!
