  • Pour une grande sensation de montagne, cette maison de ville de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains à Mammoth Lakes en Californie sera votre choix! Ce condo de 1600 pieds carrés est équipé d'une cuisine complète, d'un coin repas, d'une terrasse avec barbecue à gaz, d'un poêle à bois confortable et d'un accès Internet sans fil. Le salon propose une grande télévision 4K à écran plat avec accès aux chaînes de télévision Netflix et Premium, des canapés en cuir, et la grande terrasse donne sur un cadre agréable de type parc avec vue sur les sommets des montagnes. Parfait pour les enfants à jouer ou à promener des chiens en été! Deux des chambres ont même des ponts menant à ce domaine.

    La chambre principale dispose d'un lit King et d'une télévision à écran plat. La deuxième chambre a un lit King, ainsi qu'un lit superposé avec 2 lits jumeaux, une télévision à écran plat, une vanité avec lavabo et une terrasse privée. La troisième chambre a un lit Queen, ainsi qu'un lit superposé avec 2 lits jumeaux, une télévision à écran plat et une terrasse privée.

    Le complexe Villa De Los Pinos est situé sur la navette Red Line et à distance de marche du centre commercial Vons, des restaurants, du cinéma, du parc et de l'aire de jeux de Mammoth Creek, des sentiers pédestres, de Starbucks et même de la nouvelle piste de bowling avec simulateur de golf. Tous les clients du Mammoth Sierra bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations, y compris la piscine intérieure chauffée, le hammam / sauna, le centre de fitness complet, le yoga, le pilates et le studio de vélo et plus encore. Le condo est livré avec deux places de parking extérieures, accepte les animaux (seulement 1 animal autorisé, chiens uniquement) et peut accueillir un maximum de 10 personnes. This was a nice property for a group ski/snowboard group trip with friends. There is a bus stop for the red line to the village center and main lodge which was very convenient, and the roads in the community were kept clear while a storm was going all weekend. It’s an older property and it shows in some places (the toilet downstairs seems loose and the oven gave us an error code), but it was a comfortable stay and the location is great.

Thanksgiving stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had all the amenities we needed. It was walking distance to restaurants and also bowling and ice skating.

My group consists of 5 adults and 1 dog . We all enjoyed our weekend trip. This VRBO place is well-stocked for our basic needs. I especially like the nice and warm/hot shower . Thank you for this . The area is quiet and peaceful, closed to town .

Overall, very happy with our stay here. Good value, and exactly what we expected. The place was very clean, although did show some wear (stains on carpet, broken towel rack, loose toilet). Nothing that required immediate attention. Great location for town access, but the development is a bit dated. Beds were comfortable, although the bunk beds have no guard rails on top bunk, so be careful with smaller kids. Would have appreciated having some patio furniture for the balcony/deck outside. Will most likely return since it’s a great pet-friendly option. Thanks for the stay!

Comfortable and Good Location

We wanted a clean and well located place to stay with our two teenaged kids for a snowboard trip and this place worked perfectly. Located right near downtown, it was easy to get to any number of restaurants or the grocery store in just a couple minutes. Also, the pet friendly rule at this complex really helped because we were able to bring our dog who kept my wife company during the day while me and the kids were snowboarding. The condo was clean and very comfortable which is important after long days on the mountain. We had one small issue with the oven getting an error code, but the property manager was back in touch right away. We’d love to rent here again

Always love Villa de Los Pinos

First time we have stayed in this pet-friendly unit. It was super convenient to everything (we tried to learn pickle ball on the tennis courts even!). Quiet unit in the back away from the road. Good parking. I have to say the VdlP pool was freezing. So glad they upgraded the hot tub area during covid. Looks nice. Also, I wish the condos would all upgrade and add Air conditioning. One reason I love staying there is that the bedrooms are on the ground floor and stay cool all day. Must not be so great in January tho... Had to look around to find the microwave. Very cleverly stored behind a barn-door- opening cabinet.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a horrible time. From the time we entered this place, the smell of urine hit us. There were pee stains throughout the carpets in all the bedrooms - the carpets looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. Some of the pee stains were 1 foot x 2 feet large! Even the sofa had some sort of stain. Additionally, the kitchen fauced had a black mold ring around it. I notified the rental agent about all this. My family and I would never stay here again. Filthy, disgusting home with owners who seem to care only about making money, not actually keeping the place sanitary. If we could give them zero stars, we would. The place made our skins crawl.

Great Time in the Snow

We were a group of 6 Adults and 1 child, and had a nice time all together in one location. The cabin had old school charm with a rustic vibe and comfortable cozy feel. Yes it isn't an updated townhome, but it completely worked for us. Suggestion for people renting...Bring your own pillows. When arriving turn ALL the heating thermostats ALL the way up..it will eventually get warm and it stayed fine thru the whole stay. Bring kindling for fire. Cabin had big logs but nothing to help get it started. Finally one peave...almost all of the electric outlets need replacing. They will not hold something plugged into them. Plugs/cords easily fall out. Bring a handful of the little plug extenders, so you can bend out the prongs on the extender to hold on to the cabin plug (without bending the prongs on your nice apple products).

Overall the unit was dated. The amenities we overall old, poorly maintained or not functional. We were disappointed enough to keep a list. Here it is; Cobwebs throughout, downstairs toilet no secured to floor, no handle and mold downstairs shower, flushing handle needs replacement, blender was broken, primary bedroom tv pixelated/ inoperable, oven not functional - once it heats to temp it shuts off and error message f3, air fryer heats but no air, kitchen cabinets are in need of repair, only 3 pieces of firewood supplied two of which were partially burned, most electrical outlets need replacement as plugs fall out. At least the beds were comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Affordable. Clean. Simple. I would rent this condo again. It is in a quiet area and the grocery store is only a block away. During May- November there is a free trolley that goes through town and there is a stop right in front of the complex. Couple things I would note for future renters: the main living, dining and kitchen area is on the second floor, just in case anyone in your party has an issue with stairs, it may be a problem... that and lugging up food and the ice chest is not very fun. The other thing I would note is that if you have babies/toddlers or young children, its not child proof at all. Please make sure you bring any safety items you may need. They did have a baby gate but it was broken. Thankfully we brought baby gates and moved things around so that it was safe. The balcony railing over the staircase has a gap that isnt safe for young kids, so we had to block it off. I know its not realistic to expect all the cabinets to have a child latch, but at minimum I would recommend that the cabinet under the kitchen sink should have safety latch since it has some cleaning supplies under it. Overall, it was a good stay.

Spring Ski Trip

Great location and large unit, although there is a bit too much furniture in some of the rooms (upstairs bedroom has 2 coffee tables taking up space). Overall clean but the heaters need a deep cleaning because they smelled like dust when we tried to use them.
