Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac close to Little Eagle Lodge, this home is south facing and has parking right in front. The upper level living area with vaulted ceilings takes advantage of mountain views and south facing sunshine with a large private balcony. The bedrooms downstairs are spacious and feature a walkout patio in front. Just a short jaunt to the Little Eagle base lodge or the Mammoth Lakes multi-use path leading up to the Lakes Basin.

Pets are welcome. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. In addition a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 for the first pet will be charged, and an additional $50 for the second pet. If bringing a dog along you must let management know ahead of time.

Enjoy the cozy living room with a pellet stove, comfortable couch , big screen tv, or relax on the private patio with fresh mountain air and a beautiful view of the Sherwins. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all you will need to prep and enjoy home cooked meals.
On the first floor there are both bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower and large soaking tub. Upstairs in the kitchen, open living area, and another bathroom with a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, the couch upstairs also turn into a pull out bed.

You have full access to the condo with check-in via key pad. There is a lockable ski storage at the entry where you should leave your gear to not damage the home. (Bring a small padlock if you wish to use this cabinet)

The Condo is non-smoking. Our Property is available to those who are 25+ years and older. We prefer to rent our condo to small families, couples and mature adults.
There is a security deposit of $1000, which will be refunded promptly if there are no issues.

This is the perfect getaway for your family. Enjoy a quiet residential street with an area at the end of the cul de sac for sledding, snow play or a ski down to Chair 15.
Located near bus transportation if you don't want to drive anywhere.
A five minute drive takes you into town and to shops and restaurants.

This unit is perfectly located to all the major attractions. We are backed up to the Mammoth Bike path that takes you up to the Lakes Basin, hiking trails, biking, fishing, camping and horseback riding. Minutes from the "The Village" restaurants, entertainment, local and free transportation, Canyon Lodge, Eagle Lodge/Chair 15 and shopping.

Tyrolean Village is located on the yellow bus line, and pink night bus line. The bus stop is only a few steps away from the Condo. The shuttle will take you to the Village/Gondola, the town or Eagle Lodge during winter ski months.

There is a doorbell camera monitoring the entryway and patio gate.
