Good Location
The place itself was very nice and cozy, and the location was excellent, right next to a shuttle stop.
The check-in process required going to a separate office which was fast and nearby, but still a little less easy than getting a lock code.
The property manager was quick to respond to any messages.
The only issue, and unfortunately kind of a major one, was that there was broken glass left by one of the beds that was not cleaned up before we arrived, and one of our group cut his hand while reaching for a dropped phone. Hopefully this is a one-time thing, but still definitely a hazard.
However, after communicating the issue, the property manager was understanding and offered a partial refund.
Overall a great place, just with the issue of the uncleaned broken glass.
