🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the community parking lot. Parking passes are provided inside the unit and must be displayed.

• Stairs: This is a second-floor condo requiring one flight of stairs to enter. An additional interior staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom.

• Gear Storage: A private walk-in gear locker is available for skis, snowboards, bikes, and golf clubs.

• BBQ: The private balcony BBQ is available during the summer season only.

• Hot Tub Access: Hot tub reservations or time slots may be required. Capacity limits and temporary closures may apply. The upper spa is currently closed until further notice.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
