The perfect Spring getaway
We had a lovely little stay here! It was the perfect location and we loved our walks down to the village. Had easy access onto the gondola. We appreciated the comfortable beds and updated cabin. The place was stocked with many basics that made it feel more homey! Thank you for the fun memories

The condo was very comfortable for our group of 9. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked (we cooked most meals at home). The condo was very clean and in good condition. Walking distance to the village gondola (6-7 min walk) but a little tiring to walk back at the end of the day as it's uphill and more difficult if you are in ski boots. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again!

We had great communication with Mammoth Reservations as well. They accommodated our late check out with no problem since there were no check ins on our departure date. This home was fully stocked, with new appliances. Plenty of board games for the family. We were a family of 8 and had plenty of room. We went in August and it was really hot in the evening. I would suggest maybe providing a couple more fans or stand up fans to help bring in the cool air in the afternoons. Would definitely come back.

Everything that you could want, plus more!
The pictures are correct. It is well decorated, roomy and supplies all dishes, plus many small appliances. Extras such as coffee, cute hot chocolate bears, sugar, so many little things. We were fortunate to have a lot of snow and being from San Diego didn't have anything to clean off our cars. They did! Snow shovel, scraper, broom and even had 3 plastic sleds. The parking lot was being cleared off after a particularly heavy snowfall almost immediately. Cd player, CDs, games. Washer and dryer. It was a 6 min walk to "the village" and gondola. Heat was excellent and showers hot. It was better then expected.

Everything was perfect. We were here for February break and had more snow than we've ever seen. Despite the mountain being closed for a day and partially closed for multiple days, this was a lovely spot to be stuck! The crews worked tirelessly to clear snow during the blizzard and try to keep the parking lot functional. The parking is a little annoying during a busy week or weekend but the neighbors were super nice as they came and went. We were only 4 in this large townhome so that certainly helped us from feeling stir crazy. The kitchen was well stocked, easy to cook in, and everything seemed very clean. The whole house is well stocked for enjoyment, with a nice TV and soundbar, DVDs, board games, puzzles an Xbox. There was a sled, shovel and car scraper in a utility closet that came in handy. The condo is a short walk to the gondola, down mostly with a good amount of stairs and then (unfortunately) a short walk up at the end of the day. If you cut through the hotel, it's a pretty good shortcut. It also has a view of the gondola so you can see if it's running and how many people are going up. I was so thankful the heat and power continued to function during our stay. The beds also were super comfortable. All in all my family had a wonderful time in spite of the blizzard.

Annual Family ski trip
We used the condo for our annual family ski trip. It fit our family of seven adults and four children well. We usually stay up by Canyon Lodge but wanted to experiment with being closer to town this year. It is close enough to the Village Gondola to walk but I wouldn't want to do it in ski boots. The kitchen is well set up and there are a couple of different coffee makers. It is well decorated with a large dining table. The beds are comfortable but the walls seemed a little thin. Both of the toddlers in our group struggled a little with the altitude at night and cried at times. It was very easy to hear in the other bedrooms and I would assume in the next condo over. The condo is well stocked with plenty of games and videos. We got a little confused by the parking situation. The paperwork in the unit says that there are 3 permits allowed but the management said the HOA only allows 2. They were able to accommodate us though since some other units did not need all of theirs. Although this is supposed to be a non-smoking unit, all of us did smell smoke when we arrived. Didn't notice it as much though after we opened the windows for a while though. The wi-fi is a bit fussy at times especially with so many people using it. Most of us chose not to use it. Because we had toddlers in the group we brought a gate to put at the top of the stairs. Glad we did. We will definitely consider this unit for future trips in winter and summer.

Great location - close to Village
The unit was clean and upgraded. I liked the 5 minute walk to the Village gondola. Parking was abundant and I liked the fact that this is a corner unit so you're only sharing 1 wall with the condo next to you. The kids loved their bunk room with entertainment/video game console. Overall spacious and fit our needs. Also property management was good about communicating. Would definitely come back again for future stays.

It was a great location and a very comfortable place. The wifi basically didn't work at all, and the TV does not have cable, which if you're trying to watch something live, was difficult. Also, the wifi not working made it difficult to stream. Lastly, the sink didn't really drain effectively. Other than those things it was a really nice place.

The location is good. The condo has been remodeled and has warm bedding for the winter season. A couple of annoying details I found are: the home has no iron. I would think this is a common amenity that would be provided in the home. It would be nice for the property management company to provide “loaners” for amenities like this like we have experienced with other vacation properties we have stayed in. Secondly, we did not know when booking the property that only 2 parking permits are given out for the condo, but we had 3 cars in our group. We were told we could pay to park our third car in the village. That’s annoying.

This unit has lots of upgrades. Mammoth Estates is an easy walk to the village. The pool is nice and clean. Mammoth Estates rentals is a great rental company. When we arrived the propane was out on the BBQ. They sent someone out to fill it up within hours. The only thing that didn’t work was the cable on the TV. There are lots of stairs to get into the unit so if you have someone that can’t do stairs keep this in mind. Overall a nice place to stay.

First off, this condo was exactly what we hoped for when we booked for our vacation. It was perfect for our two families. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The management company is top notch- easy to work with, helpful, flexible, accommodating, I can’t say enough. The location was a quick walk to the Village, but just far enough to not hear the noise. My one recommendation for this unit- it needs a fan in each room. It was unusually hot during our trip and towards the end hot with little breeze. I called ahead of our arrival and Mammoth Reservations was able to supply us with 2 fans, but we could’ve used 3 more! Not a dealbreaker for us, just a heads up; we will return and just plan to bring fans with us. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family of 6 first time in Mammoth
We were very surprised and pleased by this property. Our first time in Mammoth, we wanted something close to the Village and easy; and it absolutely delivered! We have 4 young children and need a kitchen, multiple bedrooms, and an accessible location. Our property was pleasantly located off the beaten path but close to everything. It was a nice and clean and well decorated property that had everything we needed for the perfect stay! Even the management of the property was easy and pleasant - we are very impressed and plan on coming back to this same property very soon!! Thank you!!
