EMPLACEMENT! Nous avons l'une des plus grandes maisons de ville de 3 chambres / 4 salles de bain DISPONIBLE À MAMMOTH. Cette maison de ville spacieuse et luxueuse de 2500 pieds carrés peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes et se trouve à 4 minutes à pied de Canyon Lodge (5 télésièges, locations, restaurants, bars et gondole du village). Notre maison est conçue par des professionnels et entièrement meublée avec le meilleur décor, mobilier et literie. Nous avons des machines à laver en unité et un système de chauffage à air pulsé divisé. La cuisine gastronomique bien approvisionnée dispose de comptoirs en granit et d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, avec des articles supplémentaires tels qu'un Keurig et un Crock-pot. Avec deux salons, les enfants et les adultes ont leur propre intimité. La zone de jeu comprend une table de billard en bois sculpté de 8 pi avec une option de table de ping-pong sur le dessus. Chacune des 3 chambres a sa propre salle de bain privée. Vous aurez accès à Internet haute vitesse DSL, à la télévision par câble, à des téléviseurs à écran plat LCD 55 pouces HD, à un lecteur DVD Blue-Ray et à une grande collection de DVD pour tous les âges. Il y a aussi une salle de jeux vidéo
machine chargée avec plus de 300 jeux et un commutateur Nintendo. Dans le garage fermé ci-dessous, il y a deux places de parking disponibles, 2 chargeurs de véhicules électriques et un placard de rangement pour le matériel. Nous avons également des caméras de sécurité dans le garage et tous les points d'entrée pour votre sécurité. Pour les activités estivales, nous sommes situés à proximité de nombreux lieux de pêche, pistes cyclables, sentiers de randonnée et un parcours de golf.

We had a fantastic time staying here! The location is fantastic… A quick walk to Canyon Lodge, and the covered parking with garage storage for your ski/snowboard, and covered entrance key as we got there right after a big snow (and it snowed a lot while we were there)Apple space for a big family, with lots of bathrooms for everyone to shower after the slopes (one bedroom with a steam shower, that was particularly nice after a long day of skiing) parentheses.Well stocked kitchen, coffee options (thank you!), Pool table/ping-pong, table, video games. So key to have in unit laundry.Host was very responsive to questions and checked in with us, and even brought us a welcome gift. Then, as we were getting ready to leave, they came and helped me put my chains on my car. Such a gracious host, amazing space, we can’t wait to stay here again!

Annual West Ski Trip - Mammoth Mt

Beautiful property. Short walk to Canyon Lodge ski lift. Short gondola ride from Canyon lodge to Mammoth village with plenty of great restaurants. Very clean and neat home. Well taken care of. Very nice furniture with comfortable bed with plenty of space for 10 adults. Comfortably couches with a great smart TV and nice gas fireplace. The home has an amazing fully stocked kitchen with every thing one would need on vacation. Also nice indoor garage under home with two parking spots. The home owner was very responsive to any questions we had. This home is highly recommended!!

We loved the condo! It had everything the location was close to the resort the beds were so comfortable and its cleanliness matched my own. Parking in the garage is a little tough but besides that it was perfect for our 2 families cant wait to stay here again!!fanilies

Amazing experience

This is a luxury home in a perfect location. It's spacious, warm, well appointed and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Immaculately clean too. The owners could not have been kinder or more accommodating. They even reached out when it snowed to make sure we hadn't gotten stranded in the snow. We stayed for 8 nights over the winter break with our two kids, plus another couple and their two kids, and still had beds to spare. Definitely our best Mammoth vacation yet.

Great Condo - Near Canyon Lodge

Highly recommend... This is a nice condo with open floor plans and comfortable spaces ideal for sharing with another family. It is located just down the hill from the Canyon Lodge and has covered garage parking - 2 spots (key during winter). Easy to walk to resort, but my kids are spoiled so, we shuttled them. Very nice furnishings with a great kitchen for cooking at home (high end appliances) and plenty of essential utensils. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of closet storage. One of the best parts - In back of the house there is a small forest/slope where the kids played for hours (building forts, sledding, and making a big snowman)... No need to drive around looking for areas to sled! Overall - great experience.

An absolute gem!!

The place is wonderful! It is very large with plenty of sleeping space as well as plenty of space to hang out. The beds are quite comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you might need!! 10/10 will definitely return and absolutely recommend!

Wonderful Mammoth Stay

We had such a great stay at this lovely home! Shala is an absolutely wonderful host and is so responsive and accommodating. Check in and out were a breeze. The house has everything you could possibly need and every detail has been thought of. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, and even complimentary wine and coffee. The house is updated and has a super fun game room for the kids. Our party of 8 had ample room. The house is a 3m drive to The Village (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Lodge, and 12m to the Main Lodge. There’s storage for all your gear and underground parking which is great for snowy weather. We loved it and would definitely return. Thank you Shala!!

Best Condo in Mammoth

My family and I have done many rental properties over the years in Mammoth and all over. This condo building (the same owner owns all 3 units and rents them all out) is by far the best. First, I cannot say enough about the owners. They manage the property themselves and take the best care of their property. They are immediately responsive to questions or needs while you are here and they go out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. The location is fantastic. It is just a 3 block walk to the Canyon Lodge parking lot. The units are all set up with sleds and snow toys for kids in the underground garage. Each unit has 2 covered parking spots - clutch when you like to get to the mountain after 7am and parking is already full. One of the best benefits of this condo is that the owners are very sophisticated and clearly know the value of quality. Everything is top notch. We actually enjoy the mattresses here better than ours at home. The linens are high quality, soft and comfortable. Enjoy cooking? Every single thing in the kitchen is highest quality. So many rentals put the cheapest pots and pans they can find and good luck cooking with that junk. Here, the appliances are Viking and GE, the cookware is the kind you would want in your kitchen. The owners spare no expense in upkeep! We have stayed in each of their 3 units several times over the last 4 years. They are always immaculate. Finally, all 3 are outfitted great with classy comfortable furniture but also a game table, a pool table, ping pong table, endless board games, and big screen TVs everywhere. While i would love to keep this secret to myself so its not constantly booked, the owners are too great to not share how amazing the experience is staying in their building. Highest recommendation and endorsement possible.

Shala was great to work with. We had more snow than I’ve probably seen in my life time. The walls of snow were 20feet high coming into the garage. The snow was plowed twice a day to keep up. We had a great time, schedules changed due to weather and Shala was very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this property and Shala to work with.

Mammoth Ski Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property! It is a very nice property with comfortable space for hanging out and comfortable beds for all. Master bathroom has a steam shower which my husband loved. Kitchen has lots of cookware and plenty of dishes and glassware. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and video game table. We were able to walk back and forth to the slopes but it is notable that the walk to the slopes is uphill. Not bad for adults but tougher for kids. For that reason we got a locker at the slopes for our skis/boards. We were there during the atmospheric rivers of 2023 and it was great to see that the driveway was plowed within 24h of new snow. The street is not a Main Street so it was not as well maintained as some of the other streets that lead to the mountain. Will stay again!

The home is beyond well stocked with all the things you would need for the kitchen or entertainment. It is in great proximity to the mountain and village. Easy & Fun Mammoth getaway

Property is very accommodating; wonderfully appointed furnishings, kitchen, appliances, games, parking and sleeping arrangements. It's easy to find and vehicle accessible, which can be difficult in Mammoth. It's a three minute drive to skiing which you can walk in 7m, but partially uphill. Kids had a lot of fun for hours with the slope in the backyard which was perfect, yet challenging, fun for sledding for all ages. The only caution is that the street is not regularly plowed, so after a fresh snowfall you might need a vehicle equipped to handle that. Waiting until late morning generally allows the street to clear up so it's safe to drive. Funny though- several travelers tended to get stuck and stranded on the street ice overnight right in front of the house. This made for some interesting encounters which we were glad to assist.

Great townhome with tons of space!

We had a great stay at this property. There is a lot of space between the two levels. We only had six people in our party, but you definitely could sleep 10. The game room area is great for teenagers, and the kitchen has everything you need to make a meal for everyone. The property is very cozy, and conveniently located close to Canyon Lodge. We all got dropped off with our gear, but one person in our party went back and parked the car at the property and then walked up the hill. I wouldn’t say it’s the easiest walk to Canyon in the ice, but is doable. The underground parking for two is an added plus. We would definitely stay there again!

Roomy and Comfy

We had a great time at the house. We had one parent with two teenage daughters who took the lower level, which had individual bathrooms, and another who took the en suite master bedroom with his son. The kids stretched out on the lower level, having fun with the video games--both through a console as well as the two seater arcade game table--and the pool table. We also used the upper level for our board games, and the large dining room table was perfect for getting work done on one end, with plenty of room for eating on the other end. The communications with Shala were great. We had one glitch that was taken care of right away--she was on it! Wonderful stay, would definitely want to be there again with a large group.

Amazingly Clean and Accommodating

This property was exactly as advertised and more. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is great, nice and close to the mountain and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. There were even 2 crock pots we used to have dinner ready for us when we were done skiing. Shala was an awesome host and her place is off the chart amazing. So much room for everyone - it's almost like two units (upstairs and downstairs). The place is stocked with everything you need - and more. Shala is really a pro at this, there wasn't a single thing that wasn't perfect. Book this property if you have a chance, you will not regret it. What a find! Thanks, Shala!
