3BR + Loft/3BA Peaceful Condo in Snowcreek!

Located in Snowcreek Resort, the most popular and beautiful year-round resort with large green areas, mature aspen and pine trees, ponds, creeks, and a pristine meadow with walking trails, native plants, and flowers.

This end unit has 3 bedrooms (including 2 master suites with en-suite bathroom), a third queen bedroom, and large loft with 2 twins and futon couch. Spacious living area, with balcony & BBQ. The lower level has 2 walk-out decks where you can sit and enjoy your coffee under iconic Mammoth aspens. Separate sitting area with large windows adjacent to the kitchen. Large dining room table to enjoy a family-style meal. It's a cozy place just perfect for a relaxing vacation, watching sunrises, or curling up with a book after a hard day of skiing or hiking. The bedrooms are spacious with ample closet space and comfortable beds. There is a washer/dryer available for guest use.

The condo is roomy enough for 2 families to relax and watch a movie or enjoy a glass of wine by the cozy fireplace. For additional relaxation, visit the large community hot tub + sauna.

Easily walk 50 yards to the Town Trolley with stops at Snowcreek Athletic Club, Minaret Village Shopping Center, The Village, Canyon Lodge, and Juniper Springs Resort every 20 minutes. In the winter, hop on the red line to access local mountains for a day of skiing and snowboarding.

The open-air Lakes Basin Trolley leaves The Village for the Mammoth Lakes Basin every 30 minutes, stopping at most of the lakes in the Mammoth Lakes Basin and providing access to area hiking trails. Also tows a 14-bike trailer for access to cycling.

10 minute walk (0.5 miles) across Old Mammoth Road, to Snowcreek Resort Golf Course, Mammoth’s first and finest golf course, nestled between the Sherwin and Mammoth Mountain Ranges. A public, 9-hole golf course, par 35, feature some of the fastest and truest bent greens that the Eastern Sierra has to offer.

Perfect home-base for our trip

The condo was the perfect home-base for our grown family vacation. My husband, two of our grown children and their partners all stayed together in the condo. It was big enough for us all to have some privacy, and the common areas were large enough for time together. Another family with a similar make-up was also in a Snowcreek condo with us for the trip and there was plenty of room for all of us to have group meals or game nights after dinner. We all preferred this condo to the other because being a corner unit it had more windows and thus better air flow. The condo was well stocked and clean. The grounds were well maintained and had tons of beautiful flowers. Parking was nearby and easy too. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Great Mammoth Lakes stay in central, convenient location

Four generations of my family stayed together in this clean, comfortable and well appointed condo for our almost annual fishing trip in the Sierras. While most condos in this area have stairs, I really liked how the sleeping areas were on the ground floor which made it easier moving luggage in and out of the building. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of seating in the dining area, lots of puzzles and games for family time, pretty much everything you need for a pleasant stay! The location is walking distance to the creek, the park, bowling alley, movie theater and restaurants. We have stayed in newer/more updated places in Mammoth in the past, but for the price, we really have no complaints. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Krystal was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We felt well taken care of!

Absolutely perfect

My family of 4 stayed with our friends' family of 6 for six nights. This house is comfortable, incredibly clean, quiet, and spacious for a large group. The open concept with ample places to sit and relax, a large kitchen, and bedrooms in a separate area give the space a peaceful, spacious vibe. Even with 6 children, there were many times I didn't hear a thing. Proximity to local amenities was perfect. We will be back!

A beautiful trip to Mammoth Lakes, CA

We had an incredible stay at this rental! The location in town, is perfect and also a quiet neighborhood in Snowcreek! Right across the street are main bus lines, very close to main street (Old Mammoth Road) and minutes from Vons grocery, The Village shopping/lift access, excursion starting points, and activities. It is adjacent to a calming creek and next to the bicycle routes (highly recommend in summer). The Mammoth Town Scenic Loop is the best for the whole family! Only a 15 minute ride to Mammoth's main lodge and about 20 minutes to Hot Creek natural hot springs. Rental facilities are close, as well as highly rated restaurants and breweries! Close highly rated restaurants include: Distant Brewing, Mammoth Tavern, Roberto's Mexican Cafe, Good Life Cafe, & Gojira Ramen & Sushi just to name a few. ~~ Facilities inside the unit are very clean, well-stocked, and the beds extremely comfortable, The unit also boasts 2-King bedrooms for a split master floor plan, one medium sized room (perfect for a teen or in-laws), and two-single bedded kids loft. We were delighted to see the kitchen amenities very well-stocked, spices, cooking items, utensils, laundry items, towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc. plenty of blankets, pillows, bedroom drawer & closet space. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! The perfect getaway vacation rental.

Location was right at the shuttle stop and early in route so never an issue with a full bus. Parking super close. Place was perfect for two families with girl and boy teenagers having separate rooms/areas (3rd bedroom and a loft). Two real master bedrooms with comfortable beds.

Summer getaway

We had a lovely stay at the Bennet’s place. With easy access to Mammoth trails we hiked everyday and appreciated coming back to a spacious, clean place. The house is nicely decorated and well supplied. We cooked dinner there most nights. The host was very responsive to our questions. Perfect for our family—we hope to come again!

good size, good plan, in terms of condition somewhat dated, clean. great location with water stream walks close by and Mammoth town trolly stop just across the street. living area with kitchen are up one flight of stairs, all bedrooms downstairs.
