« Set in a most beautiful part of the Malverns, this hotel is quaint and full of charm. The food is excellent and all staff are helpful and welcoming. We stayed here whilst visiting the Autumn Show and are planning to stay here again next year. »

« First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot.
Staff, landlady and landlord were so friendly and welcoming. The locals were engaging and friendly too. As a solo traveller I was well looked after and...

« Nous avons choisi un chambre mi-gamme, situé dans l'aile "moderne" (années 1970/80?) de l'hotel. A gagner le chambre il faut monter quelques marches, ici, là . Le chambre était bien propre, mais le décor semblé plus en accord avec l'époque de l'aile. Le (grand) lit était le plus confortable qu'aucun hotel que nous avons visité: c'était l'invitation à faire la grasse matinée!
Nous n'avons pas diner au reste de l'hotel mais le petit déjeuner était du bon qualité et a profusion.
