« I would advise against staying at this particular hotel. The service quality here is extremely disappointing, and the management’s response to issues is even worse; when we had a problem, they didn’t even bother to meet with us. The condition of the flat does not match the photos—it’s damp, the AC barely functions, the towels aren’t properly cleaned, and the place is poorly equipped overall. Look elsewhere nearby for a better experience. »
