« I tried to follow their specific instructions for check-in but once I got there, there were still a bad process. I had to text my confirmation again to some whatsapp number. Once I finally got that resolved then they texted me a link requiring a "Security" deposit to a different website, which did not work for me. Once I got to the apartment, there were dead and living cockroaches all over. Don't turn out the lights! 5 minutes of lights off and back on and you will get roaches. I had to sleep...

« Appartement relativement confortable mais situé à proximité de l’autoroute. Énormément de bruits de circulation 24h/24. Notre logement était de plus situé à côté d’une colonne de ventilation donc bruit sourd en permanence. Je déconseille. »

« The apartment is clean and well equipped. However previous guest smoked in the apartment and ignored the no smoking warning. It was unpleasant as the smell lingered. The staff attempted to remove this through ozone machine and room perfume. Gold location and lots of cafe and restaurants nearby. »

« 1. Internet stopped working for half a day on Saturday evening, sent an email got no response except an automated emailer reminding of check out next day by 11:00 AM. 2. The fan in the room was super noisy - no way - place or opportunity to report. 2 security guards at lobby who ask us to send an email to connect, unlike in hotel where one can call the reception or housekeeping. »
