Please note: To access any common area (pool, coworking, gym...), you will need to request a booking via the platform's chat. It's a free service and we'll be glad to manage your reservation. Please keep in mind that access to all facilities is strictly subject to availability, and the maximum number of hours you can book will also depend on current availability.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in the Málaga Towers on Paseo de Martiricos (Palma-Palmilla district), in the north of the city beside the Guadalmedina river: La Rosaleda football stadium is a 5-minute walk, supermarkets and the Martiricos shops are on your doorstep and the river promenade leads straight into town. The historic centre (Cathedral, Alcazaba, Calle Larios) is about 2.5 km away: 30 minutes on foot along the river or 10 minutes by bus. Malagueta beach is roughly 4 km and the airport 15-20 minutes by car. A practical, well-connected base for families who come by car.



Getting Around:

Seating right by the pool is limited (the loungers are on the sun terrace), so bring a towel if you plan to stay a while.
