« We were warmly welcomed by Chandi, the care taker. Infact she helped us in carrying our luggage into the apartment. Apartment was squeaky clean and both AC and hot water worked well.Next morning Chandi brought us breakfast. That was very thoughtful of her.We had a peaceful 4 nights in that apartment and I highly recommend this place. Only thing they could do to improve guest experience is to add a hot water heater to the 2nd bathroom. »

« We checked in smoothly with a friendly reception team. The first night started on a rough note. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect for about 3.5 hours. The TV remote issue was addressed after 4.5 hours when the owner sent a replacement via courier, noting previous tenants may have taken it. "Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le cadre de l'hôtel est très agréable, face à l'océan. L'espace piscine est également très appréciable malgré la présence de nombreux corbeaux. Le diner et le petit dejeuner étaient très bon. Le personnel est attentionné, nous recommandons cet hôtel."

"2 chambres Vue mer magnifiques. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable et serviable excepté au SPA …. Déception concernant l’accès au spa Un point très décevant lors de notre séjour : il n’est indiqué nulle part clairement que le sauna est réservé aux hommes. Nous y sommes donc allés le premier soir en couple, sans que personne ne nous fasse la moindre remarque. Le lendemain, nous y sommes retournés avec notre fils. Ma femme a alors été priée de sortir, car l’accès lui était interdit. Nous n’avions tout simplement pas connaissance de cette règle, puisqu’elle n’est pas clairement indiquée. Plus tard, notre fils, qui a les cheveux longs, a également été pris pour une fille, ce qui a rendu la situation encore plus désagréable. Au-delà de la règle elle-même, c’est surtout la manière dont les choses ont été gérées qui nous a déplu. Les règles d’accès au spa devraient être clairement affichées et expliquées aux clients dès le départ, afin d’éviter ce genre de malentendu. Un bémol donc concernant la gestion du spa et l’accueil de la jeune femme qui en est responsable, dont l’attitude nous a semblé manquer de tact et de pédagogie."
