Welcome to our Burk`s Falls Bliss Beach Cabin at Maijac Resort. Situated on the serene shores of sparkling Lake Cecebe, this cozy retreat offers a truly idyllic getaway.

Step inside where you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cabin`s rustic charm is complemented with a modern touch, ensuring a comfortable stay. The open-concept living area features large windows that provide breathtaking views of our beachfront lake.

PLEASE NOTE: Maijac Resort consists of 8 cottages.

Each guest will have the pleasure of their own private cottage, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay. Step inside and discover a charming retreat complete with all the modern comforts you desire. Unwind in your own cozy living space, cook delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom. While you`ll have your own personal space to enjoy, please note that Maijac Resort is a shared retreat. This means that you`ll have access to a range of fantastic resort amenities and activities. As you stroll along the resort, you`ll discover a pristine beachfront that invites you to unwind on the sandy shores or take a refreshing dip in crystal-clear waters.

*** All cabins at Maijac Cottage and Marine are fully furnished and include a fridge, stove or hot top, bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi, tv, beds, and kitchen. Tap water is potable however we do not advise our guests to drink the tap water directly, therefore we ask guests to BRING DRINKING WATER & TOWELS***

Our property is nestled in a beautiful forested area, offering a peaceful and immersive natural experience. Please note that with this unique setting comes the unpredictability of nature. You may encounter small animals, insects, or other wildlife both outside and occasionally inside the home. While we take steps to minimize these encounters, it’s part of the charm and reality of staying in a natural environment.

We kindly ask guests to embrace the experience with an open mind and a spirit of adventure.

Check-in Rules:
- Check in: 4pm
- Check out: 10am

Cottage Rules:
1. Maximum of 6 guests, additional guests up to 8 will be $20/night. More than 8 guests will result in you losing your security deposit.
2. Loud or excessive noise on the property after 11pm will result in fine.
3. Smoking inside cabin will result in $1000 fine.
4. 2 bags of garbage are permitted, additional bags up to 5 will be $10 per bag. More than 5 bags will result in flat fee of $150.
5. Maximum of 2 cars on premises, More than 2 cars will result in flat $250 fine.
6. Parties or gatherings of unregistered guests are not permitted.
7. No shoes in the cabin
8. Please do not drive cars, ATV’s, trucks into backyard area without permission.
9. No fireworks
10. Make sure to use life jackets when using kayaks or boats.
11. Outdoor security cameras in place for safety and to ensure rules and regulations are followed.
12. Camp fires must be fully extinguished
13. No firearms


Cleaning Instructions:

1. Do not pour cooking oil, coffee granules or any foodstuffs down the sinks
2. Do not flush paper towels, Kleenex, tampons, pads, matches, hair, grease, strong chemicals, etc.
3. Do not leave garbage outside as this will attract unwanted wildlife
4. Recycling must be separated
5. Garbage must be placed in bin provided
6. Please try to leave the cottage the same way you found it.
7. Wash dishes before leaving.
8. Please take garbage and dispose into garbage shed . Failure to do so will result in $100 charge.
(If cottage is left extremely messy there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee)
