« The location is amazing but the staff made this stay exceptional during an event stay we had booked. Not just the front desk, the bellman was great, every one of the housekeeping staff engaged our party and was so welcoming and even the porter was friendly. Hotel Hot Springs does hospitality right. »

« The historic aspects of the hotel are all present. I also really loved the location - right in the middle of everything. I had a standard room with two beds. The bathroom was a bit grungy. We had a bathtub but no plug to actually use it. The carpet in the room was pretty nasty - I would definitely not walk around barefoot. We also had a stranger try to enter the room (with a key) at 7am. Luckily we had the chain on and they couldn't get in. I called down to the front desk and they didn't seem...
