Inside the newly constructed home is a comfortable queen bed with cooling mattress in a peaceful bedroom that opens onto the dock; a living room with a writing desk, electric fireplace, and sleeper sofa; a cozy loft that is accessible via marine-style ladder, with two twin XL euro-top beds; a beautiful kitchen including maple-top counters, a convection oven, and a coffee station; a full bathroom with gorgeous bowl sink and shower; and a high-end washer and dryer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This is a house on a pond, so there are some things to know: there is no garbage disposal or dishwasher, and nothing but toilet paper can go in the toilet. The loft is accessible only via a stepped ladder with a handrail that must be used. Also, guests must respect the natural ecosystem and leave no trash outside, especially near the pond. Fishing is permitted only with catch and release. Ducks can only be fed the food we provide as "treats", recognizing that ducks naturally eat grubs and vegetation that help keep themselves and the pond healthy.
