« This is an old building, so expect quirky! My room had a sloping floor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Bathroom sparkling and modern. Breakfast hot and cold options. »

« Spacious and clean room, the staff was lovely. The breakfast is very good and the inn is in a good place to visit the area (bus station and train station in front of the inn). Parking is easy too. »

« Needs a refurb »

Communication with the property owners worked like a charm, key was on site with a code sent to us for opening the box directly at the front door. We would love to come back, enjoyed our time at this fantastic little cottage. »

« Amazing three story cottage with excellent views. Just be aware of the requirement to pull bags up a laneway. Best before dark to find it. Very quiet area. »

« Amazing house »

« The property was clean and presented well. It was a nice touch with the welcome basket and milk tea/coffee. There were shops/restaurants close by and about. 10 min walk to take buses/trains to other parts of Cornwall. A couple of negatives but not a big deal is that we had to buy toilet paper as we were only left with one spare roll for our 5 night stay. There were roadworks right outside the house every day for the five days.. work crews would show up with machines and start working at...

« The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. Map apps and a GPS do not recognize the exact location of the cottage. It took us a long time to find the cottage. Sykes Cottages list the cottage to have a washer (there...
