Penthouse with solarium in Plaza Mayor and Sol

You will enjoy a spectacular duplex penthouse that is very comfortable, spacious and with a huge terrace. It has a perfect distribution, which will make your stay unbeatable. On the first floor you will find an incredible master bedroom with a fully equipped bathroom, a toilet, kitchen, living room, dining room and an amazing terrace with views of all of Madrid.



On the main (upper) floor you will have a spacious living room with a sofa bed where two people can sleep comfortably. You will also have TV, air conditioning / heating and from the living room you will have access to an impressive terrace with incredible views of the heart of Madrid.



Dining room: you will find it next to the living room, a perfect space with a circular table where you can comfortably enjoy your lunch and dinner.



Toilet: very comfortable and bright with spectacular natural light thanks to the light from the ceiling skylight, just as you enter the main floor.



Kitchen: fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay complete, you will have at your disposal a modern refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine. You will also find all the basic utensils for cooking as well as kitchenware and cutlery.



Master Bedroom: very spacious and comfortable, it has a 1.35cm double bed, a large closet and a bathroom incorporated into the room, with natural light coming from the skylight in the ceiling.



Lower Floor:



It has access from the main hall through some stairs where you will find a beautiful living room, next to a second room with a double bed (1.35cm) totally exterior and a fully equipped private bathroom.



The entire duplex has adjustable air conditioning in all rooms, both bedrooms and common areas (living room, kitchen, etc).



It is located in a stately building, a classic construction of Madrid de los Autrias, with a spectacular wooden staircase.



You will have access by stairs to the elevator from which you can access the apartment. The elevator reaches the mezzanines of the building so in any case you will always have to climb a few steps to access the apartment.

In the portal you will find an access code that will allow you to check in yourself at any time.

Located halfway between the lively Plaza Mayor, which is just around the corner, and the beating heart of Madrid at Puerta de Sol, you won't ever lack for new cafés or tapas bars where you can sip wine and socialize, or markets where to buy the freshest produce.



The subway station of Sol is located exactly 100 meters from the apartment so it will take 2 minutes to get there.

You also have the Opera Metro Station next to and several bus lines that pass through the area.
