The apartment features an open-plan design with living, dining, and kitchen areas that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and a TV. A charming dining table provides the perfect place for guests to enjoy meals together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, and appliances.

Features a double bed, a TV, and ample storage space. Bed linen is provided.

The bathroom includes all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your scheduled arrival.

Justicia is one of Madrid’s most stylish and lively neighborhoods, located right in the city center. Justicia is also perfectly located for exploring Madrid’s main attractions: Gran Vía, Chueca, Plaza de España, and the vibrant nightlife of the city are just a few minutes away. Whether you want to enjoy shopping, dining, or simply stroll around charming streets, this neighborhood offers the perfect combination of culture, convenience, and authentic Madrid life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Colón, is just a 170-meter walk away, and the nearest train station, Recoletos, is a 5-minute walk away.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
