Welcome to Cremano, an elegant beach-themed apartment located in the heart of Centro, Madrid. With its spacious 121-square-meter layout, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and functionality.

Cremano boasts a beautifully designed bedroom with a queen-size bed, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The ensuite bathroom offers convenience and privacy, featuring contemporary fixtures. For extra guests, the living room features a comfy sofa bed so all can sleep soundly. In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there's another half bathroom in the apartment, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The heart of Cremano is the living room, which features a rustic beach theme through the use of wood and gray coastal tones. A cozy sitting area and entertainment system are at your disposal, providing a place to unwind. Adjacent to the living area is the dining room, furnished with a dining table. A unique feature is the lofted office space accessible via a charming set of stairs from the dining room. This dedicated workstation provides a peaceful atmosphere for work or study. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.

Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom allows you to adjust the indoor climate to your liking, providing a cool and refreshing environment. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
