Apartamentos Day Madrid welcomes you to this charming apartment, located in an unbeatable area just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the very heart of Madrid. Surrounded by cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to fully enjoy Madrid.



We take care of every detail so that you feel at home from the very first moment. We look forward to welcoming you!.





It is a practical and functional 52 m2 street-facing apartment ideal for up to eight guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is located on the first floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby you will have to navigate a few steps to reach the lift.



The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms; two with a double bed of 1.35 cm and a third with two single beds of 90 cm, all the beds dressed with their bedding.



You will also find a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room and a ceiling fan.



The accommodation is equipped with portable air conditioning, electric heating, television and storage space.



You have 2 bathrooms; a full bathroom and another with a sink and shower; bath gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 8 people and other usual utensils, where you will find a dining table. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so that you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

Please read!Location is fantastic, but the building, apartment, and service were way below average. The building is old, which should add character, but is run down and aesthetically not good. Upon arrival we encountered a door totally off the hinges, electrical outlets hanging from the wall, MOLD, and clogged drains. Are you looking for a good night sleep? Don’t bother! There is a nightclub, boy berry, on the 1st floor and the mattresses are hard as a rock. The apartment has a serious electrical problem! The circuit breaker trip if you ran several items at the same time. So you have to choose between heat, TV, microwave, hair dryer, lights, etc. the heating unit in the living room never worked and the apartment was cold as heck! They provided us with portable heating units, but those would trip the circuit.I raised the electrical issue several times and their solution was to let the circuit cool down and turn it back on. Really! I mentioned this could be a fire hazard and had no response from the management company. The apartment was remodeled, but is a DYI gone wrong! Bad finishes, cracked counters, MOLD, amenities not as described. And attention, the apartment advertises 2 bathrooms, but in reality you only get 1 toilet. We were 5 adults and it was very inconvenient. Really not worth the money.

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, con fácil acceso a transporte público, restaurantes y zonas de interés, lo cual hizo que la estancia en Madrid fuera conveniente. Sin embargo, las condiciones de limpieza y mantenimiento del apartamento no fueron las adecuadas. A la llegada, el lugar no se encontraba correctamente limpio y se notaban varios detalles de falta de mantenimiento que afectaron la comodidad durante la estancia. Considero que, mejorando estos aspectos, el alojamiento podría ofrecer una experiencia mucho más satisfactoria.

Overall ok but could use some improvements. Toilet was hard to flush, metal garbage can looked like someone took a hammer to it. One of the bedrooms had no windows which I didn't love. And no coffee which I am used to having at VRBOs so was a little disappointed in the morning. Check in process was overly complicated too.

Fantastic location, clean, and has everything that is essential, but bare bones otherwise. Only enough hot water for one or two people in a row to shower, only body towel and no hand towel, no hooks on doors, no dishsoap even though no dishwasher, and only very hard or soft bed options.

Comfortable and centric

The apartment is in a great location only a short 2 mins walk from Calle Gran Vía and very clean. It is very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and clean. The only downside we found was that there’s a couple of bars around (2 in front, 1 next door) and the noise can be heard inside.
