HOW TO MOVE
You can walk anywhere in the city center, but there are also several metro stations and bus stops nearby.



Metro Callao: Lines 3 and 5. You can reach Plaza de España in 2 stops with line 3. Metro Gran Vía: Lines 1 and 5. You can reach Atocha station in 4 stops with line 1.



Buses: You have access to several bus lines that connect you to different points in the city, including lines 1, 2, 46, 74, 146, and M2.
To get to the apartment:

From the airport:You can reach the apartment by taxi, with a fixed fare of €33, or come by metro: Take line 8 at the airport and transfer at Nuevos Ministerios station to line 10 to Tribunal station, then change to line 1 to Gran Vía station. From there, you will have to walk a few minutes to reach the apartment.



From Atocha station: Take line 1 of the metro and get off at Gran Vía station. From there, you will have to walk a few minutes to reach the apartment.



From Chamartín station:Take line 10 to Tribunal station, then change to line 1 to Gran Vía station. From there, you will have to walk a few minutes to reach the apartment.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking lots. Please check the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions, as well as permitted parking.

TO KEEP IN MIND
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
