Welcome to Besalú, a stunning mountain-themed apartment located in the heart of Castilla. If any word sums up the neighborhood of Tetuán it’s multicultural. Enjoy the plenty of international restaurants and shops mixed with trendy bars. Once the day is done, come back to Besalú to refresh and unwind.

This 147 square meter apartment features three beautifully decorated double bedrooms, each fitted with a comfortable queen size bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with dedicated workstations, providing an ideal environment for remote work or studying. One bedroom also boasts an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet for your convenience. Besalú features three modern and spacious bathrooms, each equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing shower.

The stylishly furnished living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of work or exploring the city. The raw geometric patterns and wooden furniture pieces remind guests of a mountain retreat. Relax on the comfortable sofas and enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows on the full entertainment system. The room is also equipped with a dedicated workstation, making it an ideal space to catch up on emails or work on your next project.

The dining area is an ideal space for intimate dinners or casual gatherings, with a table that can comfortably seat up to six guests. From here, you can step into the sun room sitting area, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or simply take in the beautiful views of the city. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, including a counter seating area where you can enjoy your breakfast or a quick snack.

Other amenities at Besalú include air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot summer months, disabled access for your convenience, and a doorman for added security. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
