Welcome to The Vineyard View, our little hidden gem in the middle of so much beauty! You are within walking distance of two wineries (our wonderful neighbors- Laurentia and Silver Crest) along with a Metro Park trail directly off our backyard that takes you along the cliffs of the Grand River straight down to the river itself. In the winter, if you walk down the trail the other way- there is an awesome sledding hill! A truly special property with a fantastic location only three minutes off I-90

Description / The Space
• Newly renovated 1900s century home by my husband and I in truly the middle of wine country. Great for bachelorette groups, girls weekend, couple getaways, and fishing groups!
• Surrounded by hundreds of acres of protected Metro Parks and marsh land but still within minutes of many wineries and distilleries!
• Heavily insulated hot tub with many jets, bench seating and whirlpool jet option. Seats 6
• Cozy gas fireplace in the living room. Karaoke added with two mics and speaker for solo or duet singing!
• Watch you favorite cable shows or local sports on complimentary Direct TV Stream
• Kitchen features stove, coffee maker (Ninja Duo), fridge and freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and the utensils/dishware you need for cooking

• Outdoor patio space with a grill for BBQ on warm summer nights
• Outdoor fire pit and boho patio furniture provide a great setting to stargaze and watch passing satellites
• I try to plant flowers every year in the fenced in field near the outbuilding that you can enjoy and walk around in during the spring and summer

• There is a king and queen (upstairs bedroom 1), queen (upstairs bedroom 2) or queen bed (downstairs)
• Full bathroom with shower/tub combo upstairs

• Downstairs has a newly renovated full bathroom with walk in tile shower
• Stackable washer and dryer located in the downstairs bedroom closet

• Explore the river, Laurentia, or Silvercrest with a short walk or drive just minutes to I-90, Running Horse wedding venue and 30+ wineries.

Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so we try to provide everything you need for a perfect getaway. We look forward to hosting you!

Other Things to Note
• 2nd floor- you'll find two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom
• We understand the importance of having essential supplies during your stay, which is why we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and basic coffee. If you happen to run out of these supplies, don't worry. We're just a few miles away from Walmart and Giant Eagle. Rest easy knowing that we also provide fresh linens and towels to ensure a comfortable stay.
*Max of 2 dogs with a pet fee each (please be sure to include this when booking). Pets must be up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered, and treated for fleas. Thank you!*
