The fully updated kitchen features custom finishes throughout. Our home includes 4 sleeping areas, 3 full bathrooms, a lofted office, an open-concept kitchen with an island, and a dining area.

We're conveniently located just 5–7 miles from the UW–Madison campus, Camp Randall Stadium, the Kohl Center, and the Wisconsin State Capitol.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home except closets labeled "Owner Closet" or "Owner's Accommodations." The garage is also excluded during the summer.

A large Sonos speaker is available for guests to enjoy.

Lake conditions
Please keep in mind that we are located on a lake, not a river, so there is no natural current or continuous flow of water. At certain times, the water near the shoreline may contain green algae. While this can occur naturally in lakes, it may make swimming or the shoreline less appealing at times.
