I can't imagine any facility that would have suited our needs better. We had all three units all to ourselves while in town for a family wedding. Plenty of space for movies, card games, for both large and small groups to interact. I was able to cook and serve meals for 20 people during our 3 day stay. We had plenty of hot water, towels, beds, and propane for the grill. The backyard was so lovely, an absolute postcard. Our hosts were attentive to every question and request. All in all, just a perfect facility.

When we booked our stay back in early 2025, the advertising said "entire house in Verona". We did not read the small print and found out this was the upper unit which ended being fine if it wasn't for the shared AC system that the tenants in the first floor wanted frigid and we needed no AC at all. The host tried their best to accommodate everybody's needs and luckily for us the lower unit was empty for the rest of our stay which made it so much better. It is a great place to stay, good neighborhood and walking distance to local grocery and restaurant.

Everything about our stay was PERFECT! We were in town from Chicago for the Coldplay Concert in Madison and the distance was only about 15-20 minutes away. The place was so clean, cozy and welcoming! We appreciated all the small touches, definitely could notice that the hosts care about their guest. All the amenities made our weekend so smooth, we wished we could have stayed longer!

Excellent stay in Madison, WI

Our family of 5 recently stayed here as my wife and I were getting 2 of our 3 kids settled for their first job in Madison. The property was everything stated in the listing. The owners left some thoughtful snack and drink for us as we arrived very late to start our stay. The owners were excellent in terms of communication and follow up. This is a very nice apartment in the heart of Verona close to many restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Michele and Dave for providing an excellent alternative to a hotel for our 6 day stay! Highly recommended!!!

Fit us perfectly

We were there with our two adult sons. They got to have their own bedrooms. The kitchen worked well for us. Nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and in good condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay.

Wonderful and Cozy!

It was a beautiful, cozy space. Check in was a breeze and everything from towels and linens to coffee were already prepared. The owners are pleasant and provide snacks and refreshments for us upon arrival and were in contact with us about updates and made themselves available in case we had questions. I would definitely book again!

Nice home, undersold in listing

The home was nice and had more space than described in the listing. We stayed in late November and were able to enjoy the 3-season living area. There were actually 3 bedrooms though it was listed as 2 with a shared bed/living area. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Provided extras like snacks and coffee. Not brand new, but suited our family's needs.

Need to be aware of steps.. steep steps…need to be aware if step up from livingroom… just odd….heat must be regulated very cold during day but pumping heat after 9pm…

Ironman Wisconsin

We traveled here for the Ironman. The property was a great location. Private place for athletes to get sleep and close to the bike course loop. So it served as a nice home base while spectating the bike. Very closed to downtown Verona with great dinner places and coffee shops. A quick 20 min drive to downtown Madison. The host was very easy to get a hold of and checked in before during and after the stay to make sure things were perfect for us. I would recommend staying here for any event you have in the Madison area.

Welcoming

The Paoli nest was a perfect place for us siblings to meet and reconnect for the first time in 17 years. The word that was used several times was “welcoming” as that is how the property felt.

Nice for a short term visit

We were in town for a wedding. It was a perfect place to stay with our adult children for a night or two. Any longer, I think we may have felt a bit cramped. The little town center was very cute and I wish we would have had more time to explore it.

Great Stay!

I was initially nervous knowing that my group was not the only one renting out the house. Upon arrival however, it became clear just how separate everything was. We had our own space and so did the other groups. The home itself was very cute and in a great location. We were spending most of our time in Madison which was just a quick 20 minute drive from the home. Michelle was very accommodating and was very easy to communicate with!

Awesome stay

This was a great location for us! We were biking so great location on the bike path to go in either direction. It was not a far ride to Madison and surrounding area! Michelle was wonderful! I would highly recommend this location.

A lovely weekend

We had a great stay here over the 4th of July. The property was lovely and very kid friendly. The common room was outside the other living quarters so it got pretty hot but it was nice to have a space with a closed door for when our littles were napping. Great proximity to Madison and there’s an awesome park with a huge splash pad right down the street. Communication with the host was so easy which I greatly appreciated. There were snacks and a sweet thank you note waiting for us when we arrived.
