« Great boutique with very pleasant and helpful staff ! The room was very well decorated and the amenities were great. The staff was extremely nice and smiley, very pleasant to deal with. Villa Belle Epoque felt like a home away from home. »

« Problem with A/C. What ever the settings Cool, Vent, Heat and the required temperature, impossible to get more than 18 °C. The only parameter adjustable was the fan. Informed the reception but no change. »

« Very helpful staff, close to the Nile river. Don’t take their « taxis ». For a ride from The hotel to the pyramids, they charge you between 60 and 110 US $. We paid not even 10€ with an Uber. »
