The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided as well as flat batteries in the tv remote let it down. We then spent another 15 minutes figuring out how to use the oven as there were no instructions in English. We finally figured out how to change the language on the oven itself. Despite lots of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen there were no baking trays on which to place food in the oven. We then realised we also had no wifi so again had to call for assistance. Two people couldn't help but when a lady from front desk called about the issues we'd had checking in we spoke to her about the lack of wifi. She said she'd call her manager about the issue and we didn't hear anything further. We didn't get wifi either. A good concept for accommodation but a few things need finessing. We had a disappointing experience and unfortunately wouldn't stay again.
