« You must pay to have the shuttle pick you up to bring to hotel from the airport. Then they will say its free for drop off but when you go in person to arrange the drop off they will try to charge you 300peso. The water faucet for the bathtub wouldn't turn on so we had to use the shower which is fine but wouldve been nice to be able to utilize the tub. The room was pretty clean but i do think they didn't change the sheets between stays as i found hair and marks on pillows. The third party shuttle...

« We we're upgrade but our new room has mold on the ceiling, has smell of humidity, the seat under the A/C was rotten and has mold on it, the carpet on the bathroom was black, all the stainless was rust. The reception was clean and look luxury but it's another thing in the room. »
