« The hotel didn't have our reservation. We had to wait to see if there was a room for us. This is really the worse thing that can happen when traveling in a distant place with heavy luggage. I don't know why they didn't have my reservation when I had received multiple confirmations. And then while we are trying to rest for the few hours we were in the room, someone comes to us saying we are required to pay him for his 5 gallon of water he is delivering to us. « The facility was not like it was portrayed on the internet. I am not tall, only 5' 7" and I couldn't sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall and still not sitting on the floor. There was no A/C in the main Living room, dining room kitchen combination! »

Door & walls were in shoddy state, aircon was dirty & barely worked, location is not good & Christian religious pictures & bible verses everywhere, including even in the bathroom. bible on the table & Christian channel on the TV. « They couldn’t find the booking to start, then gave the wrong room that had a leaking air conditioner that had water puddles all over the bedroom floor and my 71 year old mother slipped and fell. Then come to find out the balcony door had no lock when I have a ASD child with me. Never again!!! »

« I can highly recommend both the location in Cebu and the host. Roland (host) was very helpful from picking us up at the airport to providing a lot of information on what's available for a visitor. The flat while not large was very comfortable for 5 adults and had a great view, and next door is a lovely hotel for breakfast & dinner. When we return to Cebu we shall certainly contact Roland (host) again. »

« Because of travel delays getting to the property, bad information on the location of the property, and only a three hour window for check in I was not able to find or check into the property. Because of this I had to secure another location to stay at for a much higher cost. I am still trying to secure repayment for the cost of the room that I had paid for. »

« If you are an American and this is your first time at PH, this is a great place to start. American enough to feel comfortable, but easy to get around Cebu. The place is very well decorated and very clean. They even have cleaning supplies under the counter if needed. Cannot wait to visit again. »

« This currently a 24hr construction site as they are building more condos. Some nights there was machinery working thru the night. They seem to be behind schedule as they are have to work all day and night. »

« The whole property is fine but the amenities is socks. Refrigerator it’s not working, No Wifi, no battery of all the remote TV and the air conditioner, the masters bedroom bathroom toilet is bad. We informed the front disk about but the maintenance can’t fix it. They told us to call the property owner. We don’t know who owned it. We booked it on line. Nobody assisted us to the unit we went upstairs because they said the room is open. We been waiting for too long for someone to come over to take...

« I was traveling with my mom, my husband and our 14 year old son. Our stay was great! The compound is nice and quiet, nice for walking/running. Grab was the easiest way to get food. But we had family drive us to the grocery store so we could cook and get snacks. We did not visit the beach since we were headed to Boracay the week after. Roland was extremely responsive to our queries and just in general to check in on us. Everyone was very comfortable. »

« L’accueil était top, personnel présent et agréable qui nous trouve même un taxi pour l’aéroport à 5:30am. Séjour de 3 nuits. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, avec chambre séparée et petit balcon (idéal pour sécher nos vêtements après la piscine). Quartier vivant avec différents restaurants et commerces au pied du bâtiment. Piscine plutôt grande et bien exposée au soleil. Le petit bémol reste l’isolation, on entent quelque tambour etc... nous étions en pleine période de fête de Lapu-Lapu. »
