The Property
Waters Edge is a comfortable single-story lakefront home designed for easy, relaxed lake living. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, dining area, living room, sunroom, and multiple outdoor deck spaces.

Living & Dining Areas

The main living area includes a comfortable sofa, two chairs, a TV, and a dining table that seats five. The sunroom offers two ceiling fans, additional seating, a table for four, and a fireplace—an inviting spot to relax after a day on the water.

Kitchen & Laundry
The fully furnished kitchen is located near the entrance, with a small walk-in pantry nearby. The washer and dryer are conveniently located to the right of the pantry.

Bedrooms
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, deck access, and a private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, two closets, two dressers, an end table, and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, two closets, desk, dresser, ceiling fan, and access to the second deck.

Bathrooms
Primary Bathroom: Sink, toilet, and shower.
Bathroom 2: Sink, toilet, and shower.
Outdoor Spaces & Lake Access

Enjoy the lakefront setting with a private beach and private dock, a water-access ladder, and cleats for tying up one boat. The dock has two jet ski lifts. The water depth is approximately 5.5 feet. Guests can enjoy two adult kayaks and a canoe. There is no bridge between the property and the main lake.

The home also offers a grill, games, Wi-Fi, and parking for approximately five cars. The closest boat ramp is about 1/4 mile away, making it convenient to launch and enjoy your time on the lake.

Boats and jet skis are privately owned and not part of the rental.

Pets are allowed, Max Qty 2, Weight 50 pounds each. Dogs only. Fee $175.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.
