With a spacious lakefront backyard, a brand-new two-level private dock, and plenty of outdoor entertainment areas, you'll have everything you need to relax, recharge, and enjoy lakeside living.

The Space
Our recently remodeled lake house features brand-new furnishings, updated interiors, and modern amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

3 comfortable bedrooms, including a primary bedroom conveniently located downstairs and 2 guest bedrooms upstairs.
Smart TVs in every bedroom and living area, with access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DIRECTV NOW.
High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, outdoor deck, and all the way to the boat dock.
Spacious living room with surround sound entertainment.
Sonos home audio system in the living room, primary bathroom, outdoor deck, and dock.
Cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings.
Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove for preparing your favorite meals.

Although our home offers a quiet, relaxing escape, you're never far from everyday conveniences and entertainment.
Located just approximately 5 minutes from:

Guest Access & Gated Community
Our home is located within a quiet, gated residential community. Guests will have access to the home, spacious backyard, outdoor deck, and private two-level boat dock.
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, please observe the following:
• All guests must enter and exit through the main security entrance on Zebulon Road.
• A maximum of 3 vehicles is permitted per reservation.
• Vehicle gate passes are required and will be arranged prior to arrival.
• All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. Street or front lawn parking is not
permitted.
• Please respect the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood.

Important House Rules & Guest Information
We take great pride in maintaining a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home for all our guests. We kindly ask that you treat our property with care and observe the following policies:
Strict No-Pet Policy: Our home is maintained as a pet-free property due to our children's severe allergies to animal dander. Protecting their health and maintaining an allergen-conscious environment are extremely important to our family. Guests traveling with service animals must contact us prior to booking so we can determine whether an exemption is permitted.
No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes before entering the home to help keep our newly remodeled interiors clean.

Furniture: Please do not rearrange or relocate any indoor or outdoor furniture.

Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are installed around the perimeter of the home for safety and security. There are no indoor cameras.

Rental Agreement: Upon reservation, guests will receive a rental agreement by email for electronic signature. This agreement outlines our house rules, subdivision access instructions, check-in and check-out procedures, and acknowledgment of the $2,000 security deposit requirement.

Long-Term Reservations (30+ Days): Additional cleaning and inspection fees apply to reservations of 30 days or longer. Cleaning and inspections will be scheduled every three weeks, with the dates outlined in the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy disclosed at booking. Early cancellations and departures may be nonrefundable, subject to the applicable booking terms.
