With dining options limited in the local area, the well-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine, giving you all the essentials for easy meals at home.

Outdoors, the leafy patio invites you to fire up the small Baby Q BBQ and dine beneath the umbrella on a sunny afternoon. Stretch out on a sun lounger with a cold drink while the kids curl up with a book on the sheltered porch nearby, or spread a picnic blanket across the backyard lawn and savour the peaceful setting beneath the established trees.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a restful atmosphere, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or friends, with a single bunk bed, a single-size day bed, and its own TV. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and vanity, plus a washing machine and dryer for refreshing towels and swimwear between beach days. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off sandy feet before heading indoors.

The accommodation is located on the lower level of the owners’ holiday house and is entirely private for guests. The owners’ yard faces the opposite end of the property, away from the guest outdoor areas, helping preserve a peaceful sense of privacy throughout your stay. The accommodation itself is conveniently arranged all on one level.

Tucked in the seaside village of MacMasters Beach on the NSW Central Coast, this home is just a short stroll from MacMasters Beach itself, perfect for a morning swim or sunset walk on the sand. The beach also features a lovely ocean rockpool, great for a safe swim or exploring the rocks with kids. From there, a stroll along the shoreline leads to Macs Beach Cafe on Marine Parade, a local favourite for brunch with uninterrupted bay views. Zac's Coffee Shack on The Scenic Road is another nearby option, known for great coffee and a dog-friendly atmosphere. For those keen to explore further, it's just a four-minute drive to Bouddi National Park, home to scenic coastal walking tracks, rugged cliffs, hidden coves and excellent whale watching in season.
