« Terrible experience. This is my first public comment over 30 years of travel.
Extremely noisy elevator bell located right in front of the room (which is not mentionned upon booking).
Rambling noise starting a 4:30 am probably due to washing machines.
I do not bother commenting on the rest. A hotel which does not guarantee proper resting should not exist.
Avoid at all cost. »

« Bicycle Street Inn is well located relative to getting on and off the ferry. However, it is also right in the middle of the most congested spot on Main Street because of the ferry arrivals and departures as well as two of the largest bicycle rental shops all across the street in the space of 100 yards from the main entrance to the Inn. Some may like that hustle and bustle but if you are looking for a quiet hotel environment ... you may want to look elsewhere. »

« The staff person at check-in was super helpful and kind. Our room was nicely prepared and clean. We were on the second floor and would ask for a first floor room in the future as lugging luggage up the stairs (in the rain) wasn't fun. The parking area is minimal and we couldn't park by our room. Also noteworthy is there is no outside area to use for eating or outside seating. It was pretty no frills but we would stay there again for cost and convenience. »

« Staff were friendly. The location was great. The water park was fantastic, although looking a little run down. The room was a bit dusty and dirty in corners. The exercise room (3 pieces of equipment total, no weights) was non-functional, with one extremely loud treadmill, a bike that didn’t work and a bike with no seat. »

« The hotel was ok. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was always hot and plentiful. The only thing about the hotel was it was extremely noisy. The air conditioner and the bathroom fan was like a freight train coming through. Other than that everything was good. I would stay there again. »
