This is an absolutely amazing location toe explore Mackay!

Our apartment is the perfect base to explore beautiful Mackay and the CBD. With contemporary, stylish apartments located on the Pioneer River, providing a modern and spacious apartment with everything you
require just a short walk away.

Getting to the apartment couldn't be easier with but stations just minutes walking distance and just 10 minutes drive to Mackay Airport. Surrounded by endless restaurants, cafes, markets, bottle shops,
galleries, and plenty of specialty shops just metres away, you can truly walk to the best that Mackay has to offer.

This apartment is proudly hosted by Airtrip. The check in / key pickup would be from a close by location. All further details will be sent upon confirmation of the booking.

The Neighborhood:
Immerse yourself in nature and fall in love with the laid-back lifestyle of the Mackay region. Throw a line in an Ocean, lake or river and be amazed by the different local fish available. If you luck out on fishing, that's ok our fresh local seafood if available in many restaurants across the city. Mackay also boats many rainforest, rugged hinterland and clear rock pools whether your looking for a nice scenic drive or hiking, Mackay has it all! Cape Hillsborough National Park,Finch Hatton Gorge and Eungella National Park are just an hours drive away.

Enjoy a drink and fresh food at our local harbour, or immerse yourself in rolling green hills and hidden cafes in the pioneer valley. The opportunities are endless!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.

Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $110 per key and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Please leave the keys inside the property and take a photo of them. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and removing any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Les points forts : Services et équipements
Communication very difficult with Airtrip rep. Mobile ph number which isn't answered and txts messages not responded to. A $500.00 hold on CC required and not told until checking in. To be released five days post departure is too long. Very limited pots, cutlery and crockery. Dishwasher not cleaning properly. Good washing machine. Only one dining chair when photo showed 4...not easy when two guests checked in for 5 days...Kitchen light broken on arrival and reported with no acknowledgement.
