L’accueil de la propriĂ©taire Ă©tait super sympathique et trĂšs disponible. L’appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs propre avec une grande chambre, bref tout pour passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. Positivo il prezzo e la vicinanza al mare, con spiagge attrezzate ma alquanto affollate. Il territorio offre molte opportunità, dalla cultura alla ristorazione con gestori e personale molto professionale. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home near the historic town of Civitanova. From the very start, the host was very responsive and helpful. It was obviously very important to him, that we had a pleasant stay. Even when we arrived late on the first day, he and his parents gave us a very warm welcome and patiently explained us everything.
