"Our stay at the Grand Sirenis Resort was incredible. The resort, paths, pool and beach are breathtaking. The entertainment employees were friendly and entertaining, especially Erik and Cecilio. The concierges at our building were very welcoming and helpful, so a big thank you to Adair, Luis, Jorge and Yessica. And Eduardo from Guest Services was a pleasant surprise to our stay. Every time he checked in on us, it was warm and friendly and we felt like if there were any issues, he would help us out. We recommend this resort to anybody wishing to visit the Riviera Maya region, with or without kids."

"Cold water in the toilet and shower did not work at all. We were forced to take water from the pool with a tap to draw water to the toilet. Othewise nice hotel still in construction."

"Most beautiful room I've ever seen! I highly recommend the swim out. The hotel is new very clean. I would definitely go back. The only thing I did not like is not having access to a buffet for dinner. Other than that perfect trip. "
