The staff were great! But the heater in my room was so noisy that I had to turn it off for the night. Also, you can hear absolutely everything in the hallways, so if your neighbors are loud, it can be pretty unpleasant. That said, overall, for the price, it’s perfect for a night or two and staff are amazing.
