Our 5bd/4br (sleeps 16 in beds) waterfront luxury home is the perfect location for a summer vacation, weekend escape, family reunion, or even a fisherman's getaway! The luxury house sits on a nestled lot with amazing sunset views from the main house, porch, backyard or dock, and also from the master suite. It's also great for keeping a close eye on kids playing in the yard, fishing off the dock, or splashing around in the lake.

A large outdoor porch boasts plenty of room for grilling, relaxing in new comfortable patio furniture and chaise loungers with your morning coffee, or having a glass of wine or evening meal in the evening or watching your favorite show on the 65” TV. Near the water, we have a large outdoor fire pit for enjoying smores with the kids in the evening while sharing laughs and making memories with ample Adirondack chair seating. Access from the house to the dock is made easy with a short walkway,

The boat dock has plenty of room for catching sun, eating, fishing, boating, swimming, or just watching the starlit nights! The water depth ranges from 4-10 ft around the dock with a safe, sandy bottom. Crappie, bass, and catfish are plentiful under and around the dock, We have installed 2 large whips, capable of docking up to a 25' guest boat during the daytime or overnight and mooring bouys .

The house is fully equipped with standard new kitchen appliances, flatware, new dishes and luxury knife set, utensils, coffee pot, and all the amenities of home! A large dining room and table (seats 8) and great room have uninhibited views of the yard and lake via floor to ceiling windows. There is additional seating for 4 more around the large kitchen island for guests. There is a large 75in Samsung smart HDTV in the living room, and 65in Samsung smart HDTV's in the bunk room and 65" TV in Master Bedrooms.

The downstairs master en-suite (king bed) has a large walk-in shower, stand-alone bathtub, double sink vanity, and amazing views in the master bedroom. It also has a sitting area to read or enjoy coffee or conversation. The shower is large enough for 2, with plenty of power! The other downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed, and nice access to its bathroom with a shower. There is another en-suite guest bedroom upstairs with a queen bed. A second upstairs guest bedroom with a king bed and 55” SmartTV has great lake views with two windows. We also have a bonus bunk room upstairs with 4 built in queen bunk beds and a sectional couch for a second living area with a 65” Smart TV.
