It’s located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood close to shopping and public transit. Communication was excellent—Seyi was very welcoming, friendly and responsive. « Our host was responsive and welcoming. The location was great , easy to find and easy access. The unit was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again . There are a lot of stairs to get into the unit, which may be difficult for someone with mobility issues, for us it wasn’t a problem. »

« I will start off by saying the hosts were very attentive, answered quickly, good communication. Upon getting to suite, sidewalk was completely covered in ice(after asking they spread a bit of salt, still icy).basement suite was cold but after I messaged they turned the heat up. Suite was not as clean as I would expect,rugs could use some attention, blackish substance in bathroom tiles, furniture was old and worn. standard coffee maker there but only k-cups for coffee. Very basic amenities....

« Our 7 dancers were pleased with their stay at the residence. They were comfortable and had adequate speace for all. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the temperature of the water. On the night two people were able to tke showers and the water was warm; on the morning the water was cold. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made settling in so easy. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. Fiyin and Lola were amazing hosts; friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. He went above and beyond. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again! »
