« Overall, the place was clean and comfortable. Just a few things things to note. We weren't able to check in at the alloted check in time. It wasn't a big deal for me as I was arriving later, but for those who are expecting to check in when advertised it could be an issue. Secondly, the host decided to come in while we were booked and show the place via video to someone. We were given 2-3 hours warning and I infact was there, but I cant say it was the most comfortable of situations. The host...

« House was poorly maintained, pipe burst downstairs, house was filthy, I spent the first night cleaning the walls and doors- I have photos. There was suppose to be a futon- there wasn't even a couch, it was a small chair, she said she would purchase us a futon but it never arrived and we were there for 3 weeks, I had to buy my own pans, and essentials for cleaning. « My daughter stayed 3 months at this unit for her co-op placement and really enjoyed the location being so close to work and all the close by stores, restaurants, etc. It is a lovely, safe residential neighborhood with bus stop at the end of the block. Unit is modern, new and a comfortable stay. Host was very responsive and pleasant. We would recommend this place! »
