« The staff was excellent and was extremely helpful. I will not go through Expedia anymore because they charged $50 more than the other room that we got when we arrived. The hotel was very clean. There should be a brief explanation on parking because it's very confusing on where to park when arriving because you need to go in first to get a room key in order to park in the hotel ramp. But, the hotel is in a great location. Went to Arlays bar/grill which is right around the corner and they shuttle...

« It was a nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. Full kitchen in the rooms too. Nice big showers and very hot water with good pressure. Also a dressing area and a couch. The front desk folks are super nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast every morning. No real restaurant but they have snacks and drinks you can purchase downstairs- all night long. There is a grass area across the street at the hospital if you are traveling with your dog. 👍🙂👍 »

« Rooms were clean, check in was great the gentleman who checked us in provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the city and local events. I would give my experience 5 stars but there were 2 staff members that weren't nice. There was a manager who was yelling at a staff member and he didn't notice us standing there and stopped immediately when he did. Upon check out, the young lady at the front desk never acknowledged us and continued talking on the phone while checking us...

« The room is fine. The people on site are nice. Do not buy parking from a third party vendor. And whatever you do, don’t leave anything in the room. I left an Apple Watch in mine and did not get it back. Plus, after you leave, the people you text aren’t as nice anymore. Oh, and if there is anything wrong with your TV, it takes hours for someone to come in and fix it. I, personally, would never stay here again. »

« Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options. A little bit of garbage on floor but nice clean room and new looking. »

« Our family very much enjoyed staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We have stayed at many of the top resorts in the world, and this did not disappoint. We will definitely be back to stay again. »

« Room was clean and perfect. Love the runway view. The bridge from third floor to the terminal through TSA is really nice, no shuttle no nothing and you are directly at the airport! »
