« All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. « Gorgeous place, full of character and warm of welcome. Great atmosphere and staff obviously love what they do and are always watchful and ensure that you have a special time. Rooms are generous size and fitted and furnished to high quality. Very clean and tidy. Did-friendly was a great bonus for us. Then… the food is off the scale amazingly good.
