Vélo de Montagne Dream House

We are interested in a regular multi-weekend and full week(s) swap for a house in southern Quebec, ideally on a lake. We have two well behaved kids and we want them to learn French this summer.

Our 4 bedroom house is located directly on the Kingdom Trails (KT) mountain biking trails in Burke, Vermont. The trail goes directly through our property. You and your family and friends can ride your bikes directly out of the garage, through the yard and onto the trail. Or, bike up our driveway to the road to access even more trails. For trails further way, throw your bikes in the back of our truck to access all that the KT and Burke Mountain has to offer.

After a day of riding enjoy grilling on our deck and a fire in our fire pit with ample wood provided. Kids and kids at heart will also enjoy catching frogs in our little pond. For dining out you can ride your bikes directly from the house on the trail to a restaurant without going on the road in around 5 minutes.

The main house has 2 bedrooms (king and two singles) with attached baths. The guest house has 1 king and 1 queen but with limited privacy. There is an additional option to set up a baby crib. We did not include photos for privacy reasons but can send photos directly.
