Built in 2026, this modern townhome is located off Timberlake Road in Lynchburg, about 8 miles from Liberty University. The community is still developing, and guests will currently access the property via Misty Mountain Road rather than Leesville Road due to nearby construction. Construction activity is visible in the area and typically begins around 7am on weekdays. The neighborhood remains quiet and residential, offering a comfortable stay with convenient access to shopping, dining, and essentials.

Guests will have full access to the entire townhome with the exception of three locked owner closets (one downstairs and two upstairs). These areas are not accessible during your stay. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles. There are no assigned parking spaces at this time. Please note that the two spaces directly in front of the townhome are designated handicap parking only and must be reserved for guests with a valid handicap permit.

**LIVING ROOM**
The living room features a bright, open-concept design filled with natural light and a warm, inviting atmosphere. A comfortable seating area surrounds a 55” smart TV, perfect for streaming movies or relaxing after a day out in Lynchburg. The open floor plan flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space, creating an easy, connected environment for gathering, lounging, or spending time together.

**KITCHEN & DINING**
The kitchen is fully stocked and designed for convenience, featuring stainless steel appliances and everything needed for home-cooked meals or quick bites. Its open layout connects effortlessly to the living and dining areas, making it ideal for both everyday use and shared meals during your stay.

**BEDROOMS**
Each bedroom is designed with comfort and rest in mind, featuring high-quality mattresses and pillows wrapped in luxurious high-thread-count linens. Smart TVs are provided in every room for added convenience. Bedrooms also include full-length mirrors, two nightstands, ample closet space, and a suitcase rack. Noise machines with soothing sound options such as rain and nature settings are provided to enhance relaxation. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor with a queen-sized bed and easy access to the bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3, and the Master are located on the second floor.

Three clean, modern bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion to provide a simple, comfortable, and convenient stay experience.

Most guests find it easiest to get around by personal vehicle or rideshare. Uber and Lyft are available in the area, and key destinations such as Liberty University, downtown Lynchburg, shopping, and dining are typically a short drive away. Lynchburg Regional Airport (LYH) is about 4 miles and an estimated 8-10 minutes from the property. Roanoke Airport (ROA) or Richmond Airport (RIC) are both about 1.5–2 hours away.

Enjoy peace of mind with our high standard of cleanliness. All linens and bedding, including pillows, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each stay. Your comfort and well-being are always a priority. This is a non-smoking, pet-free property. To help ensure a safe and comfortable stay, exterior cameras are installed to monitor outdoor areas only and will be recording all through out the reservation. There are no cameras inside the home, and guest privacy is always respected. An ecobee temperature sensor is located on the second floor to help maintain consistent comfort; it does not record video or audio. Quiet hours are observed to respect neighbors.
