A beautiful fenced in home full of amenities for the entire family. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from LU and UL. This spacious cottage comes with games for everyone and a fire pit for cozy nights. This house also sleeps 11 people with plenty of room for extra guests. 70" inch TV in the game room to support your favorite team on your stay. ***HOT TUB IS CURRENTLY NOT IN USE***
The space
PETS: If you bring your pet(s), you must pay the pet fee before your stay.
* Your pet(s) are not allowed of the furniture.
* Any damage to the property, furniture, or linens will be subject to additional fees.
* Your pet(s) must be up to date on flea and tick treatments. If needed, you must provide proof of treatment to protect you and your pet(s), future guests and their pet(s), and ourselves.
* Lastly, please crate your pet(s) when left unattended.

AMENITIES BY ROOM:

LIVING ROOM: Couch and loveseat, 50” Smart TV already logged into apps. Please do not make any purchases on our apps, fees associated with purchases will be applied to your stay. Games and books are provided on shelves on TV stand.

DINING ROOM: 6 seat dining room table with additional seating at island. You may bring barstools from back room to the island.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances, dishwater, basic cookware and utensils, Keurig with k-cups, creamer, and sugar.

MUD ROOM: You may hang coats and places shoes in this area. Please do not touch barn doors or push doors off track, as this is our storage closet.

GAME ROOM: Pool table with ping pong table option. If using ping pong table, please place leather cover on pool table BEFORE placing ping pong boards on so the pool table does not get damaged.

Upstairs bedrooms/rooms-
BEDROOM #1: Queen bed, full sized dresser, nightstand and closet.

BEDROOM #2: Two twin-sized beds, two nightstands, one full sized dresser, and closet.

BEDROOM #3 (Master suite): Queen sized bed, full sized dresser with mirror, nightstand, walk-in closet, and full master bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

HALL BATHROOM #1: Full bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower/tub.

MASTER BATHROOM (in master suite): Full bathroom with sink, toilet, and jacuzzi tub with dual head shower.

Downstairs bedrooms/rooms-
BEDROOM #4: Queen bed, full sized dresser, two nightstands and walk-in closet.

BEDROOM #5: Queen bed, full sized dresser, two nightstands and closet.

HALL BATHROOM #2: Full bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower/tub.

BACK PORCH: Full patio with folding chairs, black stone grill, and hot tub (currently out of service due to renovations to exterior).

BACKYARD: Spacious backyard for pet(s) and family time. Fire pit with firewood and kindling provided. You may use folding chairs on the porch or fire pit as we are in the process of waiting for our wooden chairs to be delivered.

PARKING: Double-sided paved driveway with plenty of space. There is also a non-paved grass area that may be used on the left side (when looking at house) of the house for additional parking. Please DO NOT park in gravel driveway or block gravel driveway of neighbors house to the right (when looking at house).


HOUSE RULES:
1. NO DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR. Please remember this is a peaceful neighborhood where others love. Please keep music and outside conversations at a reasonable level especially when enjoying the fire pit and porch.
2. NO SMOKING. If you do smoke or vape, we ask that you do so at least 25 feet from the property and do not dispose of cigarettes on the ground. Any smoke odor upon departure will be subject to fines.
3. PETS ONLY ALLOWED WITH PET DEPOSIT. Please read additional pet information above.
4. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED. No gatherings, parties, events, or unauthorized guests. Early check-out and fines up to $1,000 are possible.
POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL GUEST SURCHARGES
* $30 Towel Convenience Fee. If washing makeup, dirt, etc. please use dark washcloths provided to avoid fees for permanently stained linens.
* $200 Undisclosed Pet Fee. We are pet-friendly people and would love to host your pet(s)! If your pet(s) are not mentioned and fee is not paid for any unknown or extra pet(s), an additional $200 fee per additional pet (plus damage fees) will apply and the pet must be removed.

Guests have access to entire house and property.

NOTE: We do have two outdoor security cameras on the property, a doorbell camera as well as an outdoor camera facing the front yard/driveway.
