« This house was in the perfect location and exactly what we needed! 20 minutes from Hershey and 30 minutes from the Ren faire. Basically everything we needed to cook our favorite dishes and foods. Extra blankets for watching TV in the cozy living room. The house had beautiful plants accenting it. The upstairs had some low ceilings, but once we learned where to duck it was fine. A wonderful stay and definitely on my favorites list for next time! »

« If you have a bunch of guys headed up to the AOAA this is a great place to crash. Just know its a big room with a huge bar, pool table, darts and some beds in it. Come ready to party. Plenty of parking (long trailers slightly more challenging). Comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and a blackstone.Mary, the host, was a saint and took care of us for sure. Be sure to check out her restaurant (Olde Stone Tavern) its one to remember. »

« Absolutely wonderful!! Cozy and felt like home, the hosts and their family could not have been any better!! We loved everything about the farm! I highly recommend this as a great place to stay!! We had plans in Hershey for a concert and a day at the park and the distance was perfect! Never had any trouble finding anything we needed from small convenience stores to big box stores.Loved loved staying here!! »

« Our group of friends really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating and room in the kitchen, and we were appreciative of the supplied firewood. Plenty of towels were provided also. Although it does say on the description that some of the bedrooms are in the other building, we didn't realize that before we arrived. It was not a problem, just be aware that all the bedrooms are not in the same house. We loved having the amazing view right off the decks! »

« The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is not on a busy road. I had no issues with communication with the host. She was very quick in responding to my inquiries. We didn’t cook there but saw items in the cabinets to do so. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. I recommend this for a small group because there is only 1 bathroom. We booked this place again for next year because it was conveniently located close to our weekend event. »

« The property in on a beautiful piece of land and we saw deer each night. Beds were comfortable too. The place looked out of the 70’s and tired. Adequately equipped with towels, no soap at all even hand soap which we never thought of bringing other than our bath soap and shampoo. Bathroom sink had cigarette stains and it made it look dirty. Had a coffee pot but no filters so we would have had to buy some for 2 night stay. In comparison to a b&b we usually stay at that was full that weekend- it...

« My family had a great time at the Patriot House. Our family of 13 including 6 adults and 6 kids thoroughly enjoyed all the space that the house provided. Every family had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were staying in Annville due to its close proximity to Hershey Park. The park was 20 minutes away which was especially appreciated at the end of the day. Also there were several restaurants nearby. Trisha was a very responsive and accommodating host. We would highly recommend! »

« The property was excellent. Great location to Penn State and other amenities. The host was very responsive. My family of five and two dogs were able to stay in the property comfortably. We have stayed in multiple rental properties and this is in the top locations. »

« We had such a great stay at this house. It was the perfect size for our group, and the property was truly beautiful. The house was very clean, very spacious, and the rooms were extremely comfortable, so everyone had plenty of room to settle in.The property managers staying nearby were so helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated everything they did to make the weekend smooth and comfortable. The house was also in a great location and very convenient to Hersheypark. We’re very...

« Clean house with spacious areas for a larger group to gather. Had everything we needed »

« Talk about a Super Host! She's thought of it ALL. The house is beautifully decorated and truly curated for a memorable stay. We took a family trip up and loved the fact that we could also bring our dog along thanks to the fenced in backyard. This property is located in a quiet town - the perfect location for those looking to explore both Hershey and Amish Country. We took advantage of the game room for family movie night with fresh popcorn and a sweet secret snack. The kids loved running through...

« This property was exactly as advertises or maybe even better. The price was perfect, the house was clean, the space was great! There was lots of little touches for children too. I definitely recommend! »

« Based off of the directions it was a little tricky to find as the directions took us next door but other than that it wasn't too bad. Also was a little disappointed there wasn't any games. Most places we stay have cards or other board games but that wasn't too big of a deal. »

« House was very clean, spacious and communication with host was excellent. Amazing, well kept backyard, in a great location. Would highly recommend staying here! »

« Spacious house with beautiful views. »

« Very close to all Hershey attractions! A little hot in the evenings. It’s an older home and the AC doesn’t cool the bedrooms as well as the rest of the house. However, fans were provided for all bedrooms. Great value for a long weekend in Hershey. »
