« We had a wonderful stay! Great location, clean rooms, and most importantly, friendly staff members who went above and beyond!! All the staff during our stay were very accommodating! Our favorite staff members were definitely Ashley, the bartender by the pool, and the hosts during breakfast! We definitely had a very excellent stay from start to finish. My family is already talking about staying at the same hotel when we go back to the Philippines years from now. »
« This hotel is not really a 5 star more like a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old especially the bathroom it's not the level of Shangri la hotel we were quite disappointed. And it's situated in a big mall so there's a lot of people and a lot of noise. And it's way too expensive. The positif thing is the gym and a great breakfast »
