Welcome to your private sanctuary at Das Burgennest where every detail is tailored for family comfort. The property features two cozy bedrooms each furnished with a double bed and a single bed to ensure restful nights for everyone. The inviting living room serves as a central hub for relaxation featuring a comfortable sofa bed and a high quality sound system for family movie nights or music. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need from a dishwasher and oven to a coffee maker and toaster allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Dining is a pleasure in the spacious dedicated dining area. For your convenience the home includes a full bathroom plus a separate guest toilet. Step outside to enjoy your private garden and furnished terrace perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Amenities include high chairs baby cots and child safety features like outlet covers and stair gates making your stay stress free. Free parking is available directly on site.



Guest Access:

During your stay at Das Burgennest, you will have the entire holiday home exclusively to yourself. You have full, private access to all interior spaces, including the two comfortable bedrooms, the cozy living room with its sofa bed, the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, and both the full bathroom and separate guest toilet. Outside, you are free to enjoy your own private garden and furnished terrace, which are perfect for relaxing after a day at the thermal baths. We also provide free private parking directly on the premises for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth stay for your family, please note that check in begins at 15:00 and we kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 on your day of departure. Our house is strictly non smoking. We are happy to welcome your four legged family members, though please be aware that additional charges may apply for pets. You will have access to free private parking directly on the premises throughout your stay. As we cater to families, the property is fully equipped with safety features, but we ask that guests maintain a respectful noise level in the evenings to keep our neighborhood peaceful. The minimum age for the primary guest booking the property is 18 years.
